At Wetroom Revolution our aim is to be modern, fresh and give you a great shopping experience without all the irritation of the usual online shop!
If you unsatisfied with for any reason you may return items in the original packaging suitable for safe shipment back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We also offer for you to return your items in person to our business premises for a no hassle, easy transaction for Free! We all like Free!
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If the items arrive damaged please either refuse delivery with the courier or report it to us within 48 hours of delivery and let us know by sending us an email to info@wetroomrevolution.co.uk
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Refund will be made via the same method of payment for the original order.
